Shipping & returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased directly from, it must be returned within 30 days of delivery.


To make a return:

Please include/have the following information ready:

  • date of purchase
  • invoice number
  • article code (SKU)
  • number of items being returned
  • reason for return

Package the item(s) you are returning and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box. Send to:

*Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Who's Who in the Zoo cannot replace items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable. 

It generally takes 1 to 3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Once the return is processed you will get an email confirmation, and we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item.


To make an exchange:

If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.
